SWROD continues to be in the news. At the Thursday, Nov 30th meeting of Urban Affairs a unanimous vote (5-0) recommended that the City Council not approve this Overlay. On Monday, Dec 4th the City Council voted 6-5 to allow the applicant, the Trammell Crow Company, to withdraw their proposal without prejudice.
