As stakeholders in the health and beauty of Fort Meadow Reservoir, the Fort Meadow Association wants you to be aware of two Public Notice Overlay requests that are currently before our City Council and Planning Board. Council Order No. 23-1008951 was submitted by the Red Spring Road Homeowners Association, Inc. governing body of the Red Spring Shore Condominium, and is scheduled for public hearings in City Hall on Monday, October 2nd at 7 p.m. in Memorial Hall, 3rd Floor by the Planning Board, and on Monday, October 23rd at 8 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 2nd Floor by the City Council. (Please note this new City Council date was just changed from the prior notice.)
The other is Council Order No. 23-1008941 for an overly of Boston Scientific property along Sasseville Way to build a 300-unit complex. A public hearing is scheduled in City Hall on Monday, October 23rd at 7 p.m. in Memorial Hall, 3rd Floor by the Planning Board. Please get involved and attend the public hearings. Together our voices will determine the future of our lakeside community. As a reminder, our Ward 6 City Councilor is Sean Navin, ward_6@marlborough-ma.gov.
